Short answer: The label gives one number for the whole active complex. It does not tell you how that number is divided between apple cider vinegar, calcium BHB, magnesium BHB and sodium BHB.
Why this is legal, common, and still a real limitation
A proprietary blend is legal and common. It is also the main reason you cannot evaluate this product properly — both things are true at once.
What this specifically prevents you from doing
The blend could be 500mg of the cheapest component and 25mg spread across the other three, and the label would look exactly the same. You cannot compare the ACV dose against the glucose research, or the BHB content against a competitor.
What 525mg total tells you even without the split
For context, 525mg total is a modest number to begin with. Studies on exogenous ketones typically use multi-gram doses of BHB salts — whatever fraction of 525mg the BHB represents, it is far below that.
