Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy explains what information gumitidesgummies.com (the "Site", "we", "us") collects when you visit, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are

We operate an independent review website about dietary supplements. We do not sell products. We do not operate a checkout. We do not take payments.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

The Site has no account system, no newsletter form and no checkout. If you email us voluntarily, we hold your email address and message content only for as long as needed to answer you.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data when a page is served:

  • IP address (often truncated or anonymised by our analytics provider)
  • Browser type and version, operating system, device category
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and the referring URL that sent you here
  • Approximate location at country or region level, derived from IP
  • Date and time of the request

This data is aggregated and used to understand which pages are useful and whether the Site is performing correctly. We do not use it to identify you personally.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them in a limited way:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function and load correctly.
  • Analytics — anonymised measurement of traffic patterns and page performance.
  • Affiliate attribution — when you click an order link, the destination merchant or their affiliate network may set a cookie so that a resulting purchase is credited to this Site. This cookie is set by the merchant's network, not by us, and is governed by their privacy policy.

We do not run advertising networks, behavioural retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking on this Site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking affiliate cookies does not affect your ability to buy anything or the price you pay.

4. Third-party services

The following third parties may process limited data when you use the Site:

  • Web hosting provider — server logs required to deliver pages.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this Site; your IP is visible to Google when fonts load.
  • Analytics provider — aggregated, anonymised traffic measurement.
  • Affiliate networks and merchants — receive a referral identifier when you click through an order link.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. Once you click through to a merchant's website, this policy no longer applies and theirs takes over. We strongly recommend reading the merchant's privacy policy before entering payment or health information on their site.

5. What we do not do

  • We never sell, rent or trade personal information.
  • We never collect payment card details — we have no checkout.
  • We never knowingly collect data from children under 13.
  • We never ask for, store or process health records or medical history.

6. Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Server logs are typically rotated within 30–90 days by our host. Emails you send are retained only as long as needed to resolve your query.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

  • EU / UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the statute.

Because we hold almost no identifiable data, most requests are resolved by confirming that we hold nothing about you. Contact us to make a request.

8. Do Not Track

Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them. We do not run behavioural advertising, so the practical effect on this Site is minimal.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. We apply standard security headers and keep our software patched. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Our hosting and service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise any right described above, use the contact details published on the Site.
